Experienced industry leader joins FluidOne to strengthen integrated cyber, IT and secure networking services as the Group continues to build a security-led technology proposition for organisations.

LONDON, UK, 24 August 2026 – FluidOne Group today announces the appointment of Charly Davis as Managing Director of CSA Cyber, reinforcing its commitment to becoming the UK's leading security-first technology partner.

The appointment represents an intentional next step in FluidOne's strategy to bring together cyber security, IT services, secure networking and communications expertise into a more connected, resilient and customer-centric proposition. As organisations face increasingly complex technology and security challenges, FluidOne continues to invest in the capabilities and leadership required to help customers protect and optimise their entire technology estate.

Charly joins CSA Cyber with more than 20 years' experience in cyber security leadership, having held senior roles at global organisations including NCC Group, Siemens, Insight and Schneider Electric. Her expertise spans cyber resilience, risk management, IT and operational technology (OT) convergence, and the development of global security programmes supporting critical national infrastructure, government, defence and enterprise organisations.

This latest step in CSA Cyber's evolution follows co-founder David Woodfine's transition from Managing Director to Chairman, where he continues to support the strategic direction of the business and its ongoing growth within the wider FluidOne Group.

Paul Kahn, CEO of FluidOne Group, commented:

"Customers are increasingly looking for technology partners who can help them address security, operational resilience and technology performance as part of the same conversation. That's exactly where we're heading as a Group.

Charly's appointment reflects our ambition to further strengthen the role security plays across the Group. Her experience across enterprise security, operational technology and large-scale transformation programmes makes her exceptionally well placed to lead CSA Cyber through its next stage of growth and enhance the value we deliver to customers across the Group."

As Managing Director of the cyber division, Charly will focus on helping accelerate FluidOne's integrated security vision while continuing to build on the strong foundations established by CSA Cyber. Her priorities include strengthening managed security capabilities, expanding converged IT and OT security services, and supporting the development of increasingly connected security, networking and operational resilience offerings.

Charly Davis commented:

"What attracted me to FluidOne and CSA Cyber is the opportunity to help build something genuinely differentiated. The combination of CSA Cyber's specialist cyber security expertise with FluidOne's wider secure networking, communications and managed IT capabilities creates a compelling proposition for customers looking to improve resilience while reducing complexity.

Organisations are increasingly looking for trusted partners who can help them secure and manage their technology estate as a whole rather than in isolated parts. I'm excited to join the team at such an important stage in its journey and look forward to working with our customers, partners and colleagues to build on the fantastic foundations already in place."

FluidOne Group continues to invest in its vision of helping organisations navigate complexity, strengthen resilience and operate securely through an increasingly connected approach to cyber security, IT and secure networking services.
